You keep the keys.

Your ideas, engineered.

For founders and the leaders of ops, marketing, finance and people. You've done the thinking and you have the roadmap. What you need is the builders.

It works on your laptop. Would you bet the business on it?

  1. 01
    Scoping call

30 minutes. You describe it, or show us the prototype. You leave with a price and a written definition of done.

  2. 02
    Access

Your accounts, your cloud, your repo. Nothing of yours ever lives with us.

  3. 03
    Build

Fixed fee, agreed up front. About an hour of your time a week.

  4. 04
    Live Invoice

Now you pay. Keep us on to run it, or take the keys.

“I was drowning a bit trying to track leads and figure out where they were getting stuck in our process. Now I have a complete system, everything automated. I can see exactly what's driving revenue. Should've done this years ago.”

Everything around the thing you sell

Four functions, the tools you already run, and the builds that come up most. If yours isn't here, it's probably still a fit. Ask.

Marketing

The agency holds the ad accounts and the pixel. Reporting is a monthly PDF. Nobody can say which leads closed.

  • Ad systems on the platform APIs, running your budget rules.
  • The CRM wired so sales can see which leads became customers.
  • One dashboard across ads, CRM and revenue, so the next budget decision is made on numbers.

Finance

Month end takes four days because the numbers live in six tools. Margin per client is a guess until the accountant sends the pack.

  • Revenue, cost and cash in one place by the first.
  • Invoicing and reconciliation that run without a person in the loop.
  • Margin visible per product, per client and per channel, in time to act on it.

Ops

Orders get re-keyed between the store, the warehouse and the accounts. The zap that stopped in March and nobody noticed. The prototype that works on your laptop and nowhere else.

  • Order flows between the systems you already pay for, with an alarm when something stops.
  • Customer portals and admin tools that replace the shared spreadsheet.
  • The prototype turned into the thing customers and staff actually use.

People

A new starter means five systems set up by hand and a week before they can do the job. Rosters and leave live in a spreadsheet next to the payroll export.

  • Onboarding that provisions accounts, equipment and access the day the contract is signed.
  • Rosters, leave and payroll data flowing between the systems instead of being re-typed.
  • The reporting HR has been asking finance for.

How it works

01

Scoping call

30 minutes, free. You tell us what you want, or show us what you've already prototyped. We tell you whether it fits, what it costs, what done means, and whether you should buy it instead of build it. In writing, on the call.

02

Access

Your ad accounts, your cloud, your repo, your credential vault. We work inside them from day one. Nothing of yours ever lives in our accounts.

03

We build

A fixed fee, agreed before we start, and the invoice goes out after it's live, not before. Bigger builds are quoted the same way. Ongoing work is a flat monthly rate for shipped items off your backlog, never hours.

04

Live, then your call

Keep us on to run it, or take the keys. Documentation and a handover pack are part of the deliverable, not a favour on exit. Most clients decide based on the team they already have, and the choice is never final.

Four things that are always true. You never pay for talk. You pay when it's live. We take about an hour of your time a week. And once your systems are measuring results, we're happy to put fees against the numbers.

Three people, no account managers

No account managers, no junior staff, no handoffs. We've built and run our own businesses, so we've sat on your side of the table and paid agencies and consultants ourselves. That's why nothing here works the way theirs does. The people on the scoping call are the people who build.

Founders and function leads who own the result

For
  • A founder-led company, roughly 20 to 200 people, with no engineers on staff
  • Someone inside who has already decided what should exist
  • Real ad spend, real order volume, or a month-end that takes days
Not for
  • You want a strategy phase or a second opinion
  • You want a big-name logo to point to if it goes wrong
  • You want a software product built. We build everything around the thing you sell, not the thing itself
  • You're not sure yet what should be built. We're too early for you, and we'll say so on the call

Common questions

How long does it take?

The first build is scoped in one call and most go live within a few weeks of us getting access. We don't promise calendar dates that depend on things outside our control. We promise you don't pay until it's live.

What does it cost?

A fixed fee per build, agreed before any work starts. First builds tend to start around A$5k, and a full system is quoted the same way and lands wherever the scope lands. Ongoing work is a flat monthly rate for an agreed number of shipped items, plus a small maintenance line. No hourly billing.

Are we locked in?

No. The accounts, data, code and infrastructure are yours from day one. Documentation is a contracted deliverable, handover takes 30 days, and there are no exit fees. Ask your agency for their offboarding clause, then ask for ours.

Do you run it once it's built?

Yes, if you want us to. Some clients keep us on to operate what we built and ship the next thing off the backlog. Others take the keys the day it goes live. It usually depends on the team you already have, and because everything sits in your accounts and is documented, you can change your mind either way.

We've already built a prototype in Claude or ChatGPT. Can you take it from there?

Yes, and it's the most common starting point now. A working prototype tells us exactly what you want, which takes half the time out of the scoping call. We rebuild it properly, in your accounts, so it can go in front of customers and staff, and so it keeps running after the APIs change or the person who built it moves on.

We're not technical. Does that matter?

No. You describe what you want in plain language and we translate it. The controls your team touches day to day are built to be used without us. The engine underneath is our job, and it's documented for whoever comes after us.

What if it doesn't work?

Done is defined in writing before we build. If the build doesn't do what we agreed, you don't pay for it. If it does and you change your mind anyway, the handover pack is standing and you keep everything.

Why not just hire someone?

A good marketing-ops or automation hire is $110k+ and six months of searching, with all the risk that they don't work out. We land in weeks and cover ads APIs, CRM, cloud and dashboards at once. And when you're ready to hire, we'll help you interview them and hand over the keys. No agency will offer you that.

What happens when the platforms change something?

APIs change constantly. That's what the maintenance line covers, and because everything is documented, any competent engineer could take it over. You're depending on a mechanic, not this mechanic.

Book the scoping call

30 minutes. You describe the thing, we scope it on the call, and you leave with a fixed price and a written definition of done. Worst case, you've turned an idea into a scoped, priced plan you could hand to anyone.
